PROFILE 

Lauren is a relatable, dynamic and adventurous sports presenter, reporter and voice over artist, named in the Sports Industry Next Gen 30 under 30 in 2020.

You may have seen her reporting on BT Sport’s European Rugby, ViaPlay's URC coverage, hosting Twickenham Stadium, or spotted her on location around the world interviewing cycling athletes on Red Bull TV and the UCI’s digital platforms. She’s also the voice of Red Bull Cliff Diving. 

Passionate about women in sport, Lauren reported from the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and presents the Allianz Premier 15s on the BBC. 

Having previously worked as Broadcast Journalist for BBC Wales Sport she has an eye for the story and experience in numerous fields including Athletics, Olympic sports, Football and Cricket.

She works, reporting and presenting, from international competitions in CrossFit, Strongman & Hyrox. In her spare time she co-owns a CrossFit gym and enjoys travelling, training and coaching.
